JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 412, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was not apprehended at the spot. However, his name surfaced in the confessional statement of coaccused, namely, Nathuni Sahni. Thereafter, the petitioner was remanded in this case from some other case on 15.02.2018. Submission is that nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Investigation of the case is complete now and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27205 of 2018 (2) dt.07-05-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Paroo Police Station Case No. 14 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
