1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. i) To remove the encroachment from public land which are being "Gairmajarua Aam Rasta"

appertaining to Khata No. 305, Plot No. 601 situated in Ranipur Village, Block- Barharia, District- Siwan, whereby and whereunder the nature of land is Aam Gairmajarua Road and same has been encroached by the Private Respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.3478 of 2023(2) dt.03-10-2023 2/2 No. 6 to 8 and constructed the wall and home on "Gairmajarua Aam Rasta".

(ii) To direct the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment from Aam Gairmajarua Road and vacate the road for public use because villagers of Ranipur Village are facing many difficulties day to day."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Circle Officer, Block Barharia, District-Siwan, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
