1. This is an application for quashing of the order taking cognizance dated 27.08.2020 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 210 of 2020 by which the learned Magistrate took cognizance against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 506 and Section 34 of the I.P.C.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has vehemently argued the matter at length.
