Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 08.03.2021 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

It is submitted that charge has already been framed on 21.02.2022 and petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2020. Considering the period of custody and stage of trial, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge Ist, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 158 of 2020
