JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 23-03-2023 The petitioner by way of this writ petition has prayed as under:- "That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders or direction/ directions, particularly in the nature of writ oof Mandamus, commanding and directing the respondents to discharge their statutory obligation to dispose of the representation of the petition dated 16.01.2023 send through registered post by the petition before the concerned respondent authorities praying therein to immediately stop the illegal operation of the buses, whose registration number has been issued by the registering authorities, i.e. the concerned D.T.O. by violating the Rules and Act under M.V. Act and letter of State Transport Commissioner, Bihar vide letter no. 02/Part Case-14/2018 Pari, 1373 dated 24.04.2021.
