It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that after the settlement in the meditation centre, the petitioner took his wife but once again she has returned. However, he is continuing to deposit Rs. 750/- per month.

Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 20.03.2014, is hereby confirmed on the same terms in connection with Complaint Case No. 260 of 2013 pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur.
