The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No. 24 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 427, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 was added.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 10.01.2019.
Referring to the prosecution case he submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that he has assaulted on the palm of the husband of the informant by way of Lathi and there is grievous injury was caused to the husband of informant. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

No.14270 of 2019(4) dt.29-05-2019 2/2 antecedent and allegation against this petitioner is that he has assaulted on the palm of the husband of the informant by way of Lathi, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No. 24 of 2018.
