JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 The present application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 21.10.2014 passed in Trial No.4882 of 2015 arising out of Complaint case No.534 of 2014, whereby the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Muzaffarpur has found the case to be true for an offence under Sections 323, 341, 447, 403 and 379 of I.P.C. and issued process against the petitioner. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to raise his defence at the time of framing of charge. Permission is accorded.
