This application has been filed for quashing the order of cognizance dated 14.12.2015 passed in Laheriya Sarai P.S. Case No. 493 of 2014 (G.R. No. 3675 of 2014) by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Darbhanga for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 323, 307 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

The court below has taken cognizance.
