JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bisfi (Aunsi) P.S. Case No. 280 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to pay alleged defalcated amount of Rs. 2,70,245/-.

Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Case No. 280 of 2022, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.- 1st, Benipatti, District- Madhubani.
