FD under the fixed deposit in the State Bank of India,ADB, Jhandapur Branch Rs. 1,35,000/- By order dated 24.04.2012, it was observed that Harishankar Kumar (o.p. no. 6, the father of petitioner no. 2 Shiksha Bhardwaj, will continue to deposit the amount of maintenance, as directed by the court below. Admittedly, petitioner no. 2, Shiksha Bhardwaj, was granted monthly maintenance amount of Rs. 5,000/- per month and admittedly it was paid by her father till November 2016, the date of his retirement. He has to deposit the arrears amount of maintenance till the date of attaining majority of Siksha Bhardwaj. In case, he fails to make payment of arrears amount, Shiksha Bhardwaj(petitioner no. 2) shall be at liberty to recover the same from her father through appropriate forum.

With these observations, the application stands disposed of.
