The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 372 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding unknown accused persons having entered into the cabin of Railway gate man and they are said to have snatched away his mobile, jacket, emergency torch and purse etc.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and in fact, he has been remanded in the present case after he was arrested in one another case. It is further submitted that neither any recovery has been made from his possession nor he has

The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 20.03.2018, as far as the present case is concerned. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail. Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura (Kusumbha) P.S.
