2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Vijaipur P.S. Case No. 258 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have produced forged documents for obtaining job.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and she has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner could not succeed in getting the job as has been alleged.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application

6. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Gopalganj/concerned Court below in connection with Vijaipur P.S. Case No. 258 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
