JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-10-2017 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 258 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 302/504 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of killing the mother of the deceased. After some argument, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in this case all the witness have been examined and he has got information that one witness i.e. I.O. who was remained to be examined, has now been examined and petitioner has been in custody since 19.12.2015. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the fact and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45714 of 2017 (2) dt.10-10-2017 circumstances of the case and in view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is disposed of with direction to the trial court to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of three months.

At the same time, S.P. Khagaria is directed to ensure the production of I.O. in this case on the date fixed, if he has not been examined in this case.
