The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 16, 19, 20 and 23 of the U.A.P. Act, 1967. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 16.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13532 of 2020(2) dt.02-03-2020 2/2 case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 127 of 2019.
