For the Petitioners : Mr. Satya Prakash Parasar, Advocate.
For the Opposite Party : Mr. Gajendra Prasad Yadav (App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 31-08-2016 Heard both sides.
This petition is filed for modification and extension of period to surrender in the court in pursuance of the order dated 10.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25494 of 2015. The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 10.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25494 of 2015, but the petitioners could not surrender in the court below within four weeks. Consequently, the petitioners filed Cr. Misc. No. 51925 of 2015, for modification and vide order dated 16.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51925 of 2015, the period to surrender in court was extended for three weeks from the date of the order i.e. 16.12.2015. The petitioners again filed this Cr. Misc. No. 15035 of 2016 for extension of period of their surrender in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15035 of 2016 (2) dt.31-08-2016 2/2 court.
It appears that the petitioners are in the habit of disobeying the order of the Court and the reasons are not at all satisfactory. Considering the facts, I am not at all persuaded to extend any further time.
Accordingly, this modification petition is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
