The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of cruelty due to non-fulfilment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is a Bhaisur of the complainant and he is separate from the mess and business of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 15312 of 2022(2) dt.12-09-2022 2/2 complainant and her husband, namely, Md. Firoz Alam. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 235 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
