Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 385, 427, 435, 504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.

It appears that the FIR is against unknown and some other co-accused similarly situated have already been allowed bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court vide Annexure-2 Series.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27248 of 2018(2) dt.07-05-2018 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Bandiya Police Station Case No. 12 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
