The petitioner is languishing in custody since 01.11.2018 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 380/411 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case, as per the written report of Ramashish Pandey submitted to the Station House Officer of Laxmipur Police Station, is to the effect that on 15.10.2018 at 7.00 A.M., LCD and two mobile phones were of informant were stolen away, leading to registration of FIR against unknown. During investigation, the LCD was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery has been made from the joint family house of

Learned APP submits that the recovery has been made from the house of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the investigation has already been concluded and statement being made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 390 of 2018.
