The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No.62 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that petitioner no.1, namely, Ranjeet Goswami is the father-in-law of the deceased and there is direct allegation of demand of dowry and torture, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. His application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
So far as petitioner no.2, namely, Subham Kumar is concerned, he is 19 years old brother-in-law of the deceased and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15169 of 2022(2) dt.16-05-2022 2/2 he is a junior member of the family of the deceased. Considering the above, this application on behalf of petitioner no.2, namely, Subham Kumar is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner no.2, namely, Subham Kumar, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Arwal, Jehanabad in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No.62 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
