Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Maharajganj PS Case No.43 of 2018, registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. FIR is against unknown and allegation against the petitioners is that Rs.2400/- was recovered from petitioner no.1 and a pink colour mobile of M.I. Company was recovered from petitioner no.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the seized mobile and money are the personal property of the petitioners, even I.M.E.I. number of the stolen mobile is not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26708 of 2018(2) dt.04-05-2018 2/2 mentioned to establish that the same was recovered from petitioner no.2 and both petitioners have clean antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid fact, petitioners, namely, Chhathoo Kumar @ Ramaiya and Bullet Kumar are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-V, Siwan in connection with Maharajganj PS Case No.43 of 2018.
