At an earlier occasion prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 17.01.2018 in connection with Cr. Misc. No.60094/2017.

Considering the period of detention, petitioner Md. Chand is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No.97/2017.
