Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
A country made loaded pistol along with a cartridge and two mobiles were allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2017. Investigation is already completed. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of nine months in judicial custody and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27435 of 2018(2) dt.07-05-2018 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bihar Police Station Case No. 532 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
