JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-05-2023 The instant case has been decided vide order dated 09.05.2023 and the same is taken up again in view of the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners by way of mentioning and it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners' prayer for bail has been allowed vide order dated 09.05.2023 but the petitioners could not be released till date because the address of petitioner no. 2 has been wrongly mentioned in the said order, accordingly a prayer is made to correct the address of petitioner no. 2 in the order dated 09.05.2023.
