No. 1477 of 2015 for extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended further for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.

The order dated 14.01.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly the modification application is disposed off in connection with Simultalla P.S. Case No. 26 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui.
