Mr. Uma Shankar Prasad Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The impugned order reveals that the Doctor has found injury at the head of the informant Kaili Devi and allegation is against the petitioner to have caused the said injury with spade. Though there is case and counter case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail, in connection with Barhat Police Station Case No. 101 of 2018 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Jamui, for the reason that petitioner had knowledge that his act might have caused death of the informant.

In the event of surrender of the petitioner, the prayer
