JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-05-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 142 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 379, 384 and 427 of the Indian Penal code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other accused persons stopped the bus and assaulted the driver and snatched the booking amount of Rs. 42,000/-. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is aged about 69 years and whole allegation appears to be false and concocted and considering the same, other coaccused person has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 14.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16024 of 2019.
