Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461, 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner was employee in the company of the informant. On the basis of CCTV footage, the petitioner is under suspicion to have stolen mobile phones of the company. Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 28.01.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. The petitioner has been falsely implicated due to some grudge in the matter of nonpayment of wages to the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27214 of 2018 (2) dt.07-05-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Saharsa Police Station Case No. 74 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
