Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bihta P.S. Case No. 619 of 2015 registered under sections 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

There is allegation of firing at the deceased by the petitioner by means of fire arms. Indisputably, from the impugned order, it appears the informant received injuries in the hand caused by gun shot.

I do not see any reason to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the attending circumstances, the petitioner would surrender and seek bail. He may do so.
