JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2025 Heard Mr. Anil Kumar Saxena, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr. Umeshanand Pandit, learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 110, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S..

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 10.10.2024 around 9:30 PM, while informant was sleeping, he heard some noise and upon waking up, he saw all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including these petitioner, were trying to remove the motor and on objection, all of them assaulted informant by means of stick. It is further alleged that when son of informant,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16842 of 2025(2) dt.16-04-2025 2/2 namely Birendra Yadav, came to rescue him, he was also assaulted. Doctor has found the injuries sustained by the injured to be grievous in nature.

4. Considering the specific and direct nature of accusation and nature of injuries sustained by the injured, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashank/- U T
