Petitioner, who is in custody since 08.01.2021, seeks regular bail in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 317 of 2020 dated 31.12.2020 registered for offences punishable under Sections 363, 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the serious allegation made against the petitioner and the report submitted by the Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Patna as well as taking into consideration the progress of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this Stage.

The Court below is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months.
