JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-07-2020 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video Conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID-19 Pandemic. The present petition has been filed for restoration of a petition bearing Cr. Misc. no. 416 of 2020, which had stood dismissed for want of prosecution by an order dated 17.01.2020. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on account of the reasons mentioned in the present petition, he could not appear before this Court when the case was taken up, hence the petition has stood dismissed for want of prosecution.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15770 of 2020(2) dt.08-07-2020 2/2 case and taking into account the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner as also considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and appropriate to restore the aforesaid petition bearing Cr. Misc. no. 416 of 2020 to its original file.

The present petition stands allowed.
