Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413,414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. A country made pistol along with cartridge as well as two stolen motorcycles were recovered from possession of the petitioner and from the hut nearby house of the petitioner respectively. Petitioner is in custody since 14.09.2017 Submission is that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already completed. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of nine months of custody and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees
