The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 379, 384 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, in short, is that the accused persons stopped the bus and assaulted the driver of the bus and also snatched booking amount.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. In course of investigation, the independent witnesses in paragraphs 10 and 11 have not supported the prosecution case. The Supervising Authority has also doubted

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R./complaint case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. -2nd, Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 142/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
