Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 274, 275, 468, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27(d)/28/28(A) of the Drugs and Cosmetic Act, 1940 and Amendment Act, 2008.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is not the licence holder of the shop . From the allegations levelled in the first information report, no offence under the alleged sections are made out against this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2020.
