The sole petitioner , who is in custody since 16.06.2017 having clean antecedent as stated in paragraph no. 3 of the petition has prayed for grant of bail in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S. Case No. 96 of 2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was driver of a vehicle from which huge quantity of country made liquor was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated. Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent of the petitioner as well as period of custody, let the petitioner Shibek Kumar @ Sibek Kumar be enlarged on bail on
