The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 369 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 307, 302, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with his family members used to torture and abuse the informant and on the alleged date of occurrence, they also set her fire due to which she started burning after that she was taken to hospital. During treatment, informant Munni Devi died. Learned counsel for the petitioner in respect of petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has

It is further submitted vide para 9 & 11 of the petition that many witnesses were examined during investigation and it has come into light that the deceased put fire on herself by pouring kerosene oil as she was upset with the fact that her Bhaisur and her husband were living separately and government scheme for making house and bathroom was given to both of them in which her husband constructed the bathroom and house. The husband of the deceased stated that there is no complicity of the petitioner in this offence. A statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 12.8.2021.

Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 369 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
