18-06-2015 Heard Sri Krishna Prasad Singh, learned Senior Counsel, who was assisted by Sri Saket Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Barun P.S. Case no.213 of 2014, registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, while pressing this petition, submits that the petitioner's name has come in the confessional statement of one of the coaccused made before the police. He submits that except the confessional statement, no incriminating material was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20696 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 2/2 In this case, Rs.1, 20,000/-was looted from the counter of a Company and while fleeing away, firing was made due to which one person had received injury.

Keeping in view the nature of accusation, I do not find any ground for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
