Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):-

That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ or writs or direction or directions to the respondents to pay the bill amount to the petitioner alongwith reasonable compound interest on the duses, due upon the respondents as well as compensation their of." Shri S. Raza Ahmad, learned Additional Advocate General No. 5 states that the lis inter se the parties, subject matter of the present petition, can now be adjudicated by the Bihar Public Works Contracts Disputes Arbitration Tribunal, which is now fully functional.

In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before the said forum within a period of four weeks from today. Permission granted.

We are sure that as and when any such proceedings are initiated, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of nine months thereafter.

The present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn in the aforesaid terms.
