Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 109 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners were exonerated by the police after completion of investigation, but the Court below has taken cognizance against them differing with the final form submitted by the police protest petition.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, District- Aurangabad, in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 109 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
