Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 514 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Only CCTV footage has been brought as material against this petitioner but in that regard no T.I. Parade has been held till date. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25825 of 2021(4) dt.07-04-2022 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Danapur, Patna in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 514 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
