The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 447, 341, 323, 354, 504, 506 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant by means of iron rod causing injury on his head. The injury is simple in nature. Specific allegation of misbehavior and outraging the modesty of niece of informant is against co-accused Vishal Kumar. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16721 of 2023(2) dt.19-05-2023 2/2 today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 247 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
