This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Nauhatta P.S. Case No.35 of 2003 (Sessions Trial No.101 of 2023) registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 307 & 324 of the Indian Penal Code, under section 17 of the Arms Act and under section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

The petitioner has three same and similar criminal antecedents. It appears that he is a Naxal. This F.I.R. is of the year 2003 and the petitioner is an absconder. 4.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is accordingly rejected. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18213 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
