JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after six years of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner the petitioner was married with the victim in 2003 when two sons were born in 2005 and 2006 but in order to bring the case under the purview of section 304B IPC, the date of marriage has been

It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant and the State that during investigation also it was found that the marriage was performed in 2008 and the victim was cremated without informing the parents of the victim and postmortem was not conducted.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 117 of 2014 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Daudnagar, Aurangabad.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
