2. Pursuant to the order dated 25.01.2024, the Chief Medical Officer-cum-Civil Surgeon, Aurangabad (respondent no. 3) is personally present in Court and he has filed 2nd supplementary counter affidavit stating therein that he has written a letter to the Directorate of Health, Bihar for a direction but he has not received any communication from the Directorate and whenever he received direction from the Directorate he will hold a meeting or the Promotion Committee and consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Chief Medical Officer-cumCivil Surgeon, Aurangabad (respondent no. 3) to take a decision and hold a meeting after he received communication from the Director-in-Chief, Health Services, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no. 2) and the respondent no. 2 is directed to send communication to the respondent no. 3 within a period of four weeks from today and if the respondent no. 3 received communication from the respondent no. 2, the respondent no. 3 is directed to complete the promotion matter within a period of two months thereafter.
