The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ishipur (Barahat) P.S. Case No. 50 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Considering the statement of the girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C. in which nothing has been said against the petitioner, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before

Case No. 50 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
