The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that the accused persons including the petitioner kidnapped his daughter for the purpose of marriage and when he went to complaint he was abused and assaulted. The learned counsel next submits that petitioners

No.19105 of 2023(3) dt.26-06-2023 2/3 have been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that the daughter of the informant and the son of the petitioner No. 1 Shashi were in love and they eloped and even the petitioner No. 1 is not aware where her son is presently is residing with the victim. It is next submitted that the falsity of the allegation also manifest from the fact that the date of occurrence is 30.06.2022 and the FIR has been instituted on 08.07.2022. The learned counsel next submits that the petitioners will not abscond rather will cooperate in the investigation and will appear as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Khodawandpur (Chhaurahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 199 of
