JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 09-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Aurangabad (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 88 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-30(a)/37(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It has been submitted that 35 litres of country-made liquor was recovered from the chicken form of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 08-06-2017.

In such circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed. The petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Aurangabad (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 88 of 2017 to the satisfaction of Additional District & Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge, Aurangabad subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner.
