Heard learned counsels for the parties.

In the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:

Patna High Court CWJC No.9645 of 2021 dt.08-12-2021 2/3 "(i) To direct the respondents to quash the selection letter dated 15.02.2020 issued by the respondent no. 6 i.e.

Ladies Supervisor, Minapur, Muzaffarpur whereby and where under Sahil Praveen (Respondent No.

7) has been appointed as Aanganbari Sevika at Aanganbari Centre No. 308 at Panchayat Ghosaut of Minapur Block, District- Muzaffarpur in which the name of Sahil Praveen and her family members are not in the voter list of ward no. 13, while her name and her family member's name is in ward no. 10.

(ii) To quash the merit list as contained in Annexure-3 and further to direct the respondents authorities to prepare the merit list afresh for the purpose of appointment of Aanganbari Sevika."

Petitioner has a statutory remedy of appeal before the appellate authority against non-selection to the post of Anganbari Sevika. Thus, the petitioner is permitted to prefer appeal before the appellate authority within a period of four weeks the date of receipt of this order. Appellate authority is hereby directed to redress the grievance of the petitioner stated in the memorandum of appeal within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of the petitioner's appeal and further, he is hereby directed to issue notice to the 7th respondent in the event of deciding orders against 7th respondent. Further

Patna High Court CWJC No.9645 of 2021 dt.08-12-2021 3/3 examined the claim of the Respondent and address the same in the order to be passed.

With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed off.
