19-09-2017 Heard learned Senior counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga.

Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations against the petitioner are false and flimsy and the manner of alleged occurrence of accident seems suspicious.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44437 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 petitioner and submits that the petitioner who was in teaching profession has been found involved in taking away the thirteen years girl was a student of the school. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Hence, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

Since, the charge-sheet has already been submitted, let the trial be expedited.
